New Earthly Body Edible Candles

Valentine's Day Never Smelled So Sweet!

The folks at Earthly Body have created hemp-based candles that scent a room beautifully and burn at a low heat, creating instant warmed oil for massage or regular moisturizing. (See the review of Earthly Body's fabulous candles in the January 2006 issue of Worldwide Spa Review). Now their multi-function candles have added yet another function; edibility. Flavors include Edible Chocolate, Edible Watermelon, Edible Cherry, and Chocolate Raspberry. All come in a heart-shaped box with Earthly Body's signature little spoon for scooping out the heated oil.

It's their new scents that struck me: Edible Cherry smelled heavenly! I burned it in my kitchen, and tried a little of the oil on my hands. The taste is very light, and the scent is wonderful. My whole kitchen, and the dining room as well, smelled like cherries. The scent is strong but not overpowering - perfect for the winter days when it's too cold to open the windows and the air needs a refreshing kick. Truly luscious!

All of Earthly Body's 3-in-1 edible candles are 100% natural, made with soy, hemp, avocado, and Vitamin E oils. Their burn time is longer and much cleaner than that of paraffin candles.
